APTA Pennsylvania is divided into seven districts: North Central, Northeast, Northwest, South Central, Southwest, Southeast, and West Central. Your APTA membership includes affiliation with a local district based on the preferred address you provide.

North Central District (NCD)
Counties: Bradford, Centre, Clinton, Columbia, Lycoming, Montour, Northumberland, Potter, Snyder, Sullivan, Tioga, and Union.
