single person or $17,700 or less for a married couple for prescription drug benefits. Enrollment
applications are available of Area Agency on Aging offices, pharmacies, legislative offices and senior

Property Tax/Rent Rebate Program: Applications are available from the Department of Revenue
district offices, legislative offices, Area Agency on Aging offices or by calling 1-800-362-2050.

Long Term Care Helpline: 1-866-286-3636.

Pennsylvania’s Senior LAW Helpline: 1-877-727-7529. Confidential telephone legal advice and/or
referrals to local participating lawyers are available to Pennsylvanians who are over 60 years of age.

Older Adults Protective Services Act: Call to report an older adult who is being abused, neglected,

PDA Senior Dental Care Program: Persons 65 and over whose annual income is under $14,500 for
singles Protective Services Act. or $17,700 for married couples and who are not receiving other dental
coverage or assistance are eligible. Contact the local Area Agency on Aging office or write to the PA
