Representing Pennsylvania’s Physical Therapy Community

APTA Pennsylvania is one of 50 state chapters within the American Physical Therapy Association. The chapter currently represents more than 5,200 physical therapist and physical therapist assistant members and more than 1,000 student members across the Commonwealth.

APTA Pennsylvania also represents seven regional districts and seven Special Interest Groups that help members connect, collaborate, and engage with colleagues who share similar professional interests.

North Central, Northeast, Northwest, South Central, Southeast, Southwest, and West Central.

Seven Special Interest Groups

Acute Care, Geriatric, Neurology, Pediatric, Physical Therapist Assistant, Private Practice, and Student.
