Where do PTs Fit in the World of Imaging?

1. Provide a bird’s eye view of the historical background of imaging privileges in the USA.
2. Explain the differences between how the military PT and the civilian PT access imaging.
3. Illuminate progress in modifications of state practice acts to allow PTs to refer for imaging.
4. Explain the knowledge areas required for competence in referral for imaging.
5. Discuss which PTs will utilize referral for imaging when available, and how.
