Course Description:
Dr. Vince Morgan will provide a 1 hour PowerPoint presentation on the purpose and use of EMG's/NCV's in differential diagnosis and common neuropathy conditions.

Objectives:

1. Discuss the methods of EMG/NCV performance.
2. Understand EMG terminology and abbreviations
3. Interpret findings from EMG/NCV testing/report in the LE.
4. Develop understanding of what EMGs can asses and what they cannot
5. Discuss differential diagnosis based on findings from nerve testing compared with clinical presentation.
6. Develop further understanding via case studies with EMG findings
