Course TitleMyofascial Pelvic Pain (MPP) presented by Lauren Garges, PT

Course Description:
Myofascial sources of pain are often overlooked when a patient presents with chronic pain. Chronic pelvic pain, in particular, is quite challenging to diagnose, as pain can be caused by visceral, neural, hormonal, psychological or musculoskeletal reasons. This course will break down the causes of myofascial pain, discuss etiology and symptoms of myofascial pain in the pelvic region, and review how physical therapy is a key component in patient treatment and recovery.
